All of us have wounds. Sometimes these wounds are so deeply entrenched in our systems and memories that we need help moving on. Our traumatic experiences reveal to us the most naked truth about our fear and insecurity. Most of us are not able to examine these truths about ourselves objectively. We can invite our spirit guides and higher self to share their wisdom and love to help us heal. We are still responsible for forming our conclusions and take action but being able to evaluate our situations from the divine perspective goes a long way.

Every thought and emotion we experience is stored in our energetic system. Whether conscious or unconscious, the stored energy surfaces in forms of physiological response. Positive and negative thoughts and emotions are literally embedded in our cellular memory. Anxiety, depression, anger and exhaustion are symptoms that we are energetically ill. When these negative states become the constant state of being, they create diseases. Examining the health of a specific chakra will give us more clues to how to remove the negative belief and behavior patterns.

Before we start, we will align on what you want the transformation to be and make sure it aligns with your divinity. I have the privilege of meeting many souls through the work of Akashic Records reading. It is astonishing how much suffering we go through when we don’t know who we are at soul level.
