What is the Akashic Records
Everything is energy. Energy transforms but never disappears. Your soul is energy, and so are your thoughts, emotions, actions, possessions, and body. Imagine a personal database storing all of your energy from the inception of your soul until now. You can look up every thought you had, every action you took and every life you lived in this database. You just need to know what questions to ask.
The Akashic Records give us information to how we’re blocking our growth and expansion mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Self-worth is the realization of your true self. Without this realization, you can easily be overpowered by the external environments because you don’t realize your unique strengths, powers and where you stand in relation to the world.
In your Akashic Records, you will learn about your unique soul powers, your life lessons, active soul contracts, limiting beliefs, the power dynamics between you and your environments and where you are out of alignment with your true self. Self-worth initiates success, and it's a sense that can grow and expand if you know how to identify and re-write the old stories that don't reflect your true self.

The most common symptoms of growing up in a dysfunctional family are fear of rejection, fear of failure and fear of abandonment. These stories tell you to keep yourself small, play safe, please people so you can be accepted, loved and seen.
