These toxic conditions and relationships are symptoms of a very deeply rooted cause - we identify with the wrong things as who we are. For instance, I sacrificed my health and family for work because I didn’t know my values outside of my job functions. My job gave me a sense of existence and worth.
Trust your instinct. If you are aware that you’re not happy and something is missing in your life, it’s time to make changes. Taking your personal power back is the first step to transforming your life.
This is a very rewarding journey because once you take your personal power back, you are unstoppable. You will start examining every aspect of your life and drop whatever doesn’t serve you. You will be a completely different person - authentic, confident and happy.

I have the privilege of meeting many souls through the work of Akashic Records reading. It is astonishing how much suffering we go through when we don’t know who we are at soul level.
